From August 9 through August 12 a unique gathering of International Theosophy Conferences will take place at the headquarters of the Theosophical Society in America in Wheaton, Illinois. See the announcement in this newsletter. Theosophy Forward has been promoting this event over the past twelve months now, and it is expected that the meeting is going to be an overwhelming success. This month we present two wonderful e-books. Thanks to a gifted Brazilian photographer, Gerluce Souto da Costa Schneider, we can launch Water Reflections. Water is one of nature’s most important gifts to mankind and a key component in determining the quality of our daily lives. Our World is the second title we get underway. Seventeen authors look at today’s world from their own Theosophical perspectives. In 2011 all these articles appeared on Theosophy Forward and are now presented to the world in an e-book.

This year’s International Theosophy Conference (ITC) will take place from August 9 through August 12 at the Society’s headquarters in Wheaton, Illinois. This is the first time that TSA has hosted this event, which for fifteen years has been held on the west coast, east coast and in Europe. The theme of the conference is “Karmic Cycles: Wheels of Spiritual Growth.” Among the keynote speakers are: Michael Gomes, Jerry Hejka-Ekins, and Sally and James Colbert. The objects of ITC include and support the original three Objects, particularly as expressed in the writings of H. P. Blavatsky and to foster intercommunication between all Theosophical traditions.
